General contractor responsibility:
- Performance of construction and installation works in accordance with the normative / project quality level;
- Performance of construction and installation works within the agreed terms within the agreed budget;
- Performance of warranty works within the warranty period.
Technical customer responsibility:
- Obtaining of initial data and a positive expert opinion for the project documentation;
- Obtaining of permission to construction;
- Obtaining of an opinion on the compliance of the constructed property with the requirements of technical regulations;
- Obtaining of a permit for commissioning.
General designer responsibility:
- Development of project documentation in due time and in accordance with the current regulations of the Russian Federation.
