About the project
Mega is the largest mixed-use complex in the westernmost city of Russia. Mega is a unified complex of shopping and office centers Mega Market, Mega Center and Mega Dom.
Mega Market includes a cluster for children represented by retail outlets, a kids’ entertainment segment and a petting zoo. Mega Center gallery enjoys the status of an affordable fashion center with customer-friendly areas and services. Mega Dom, with an area of 12,000 square meters, lays claims to being the largest furniture center of Kaliningrad.
In the project, SRV performed reconception of the property as part of services in commercial and operational management.
